"Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him, for God's temple is sacred and you are that temple."..1 cor 3:16

A lesson learn for today..take care of your body before anything happen to you..Recently having a bad back pain..somemore is at the side..so went to see doc and she suspect got something and thus need to go further check up on mon and tue..though i must admi that for these days i do experience fear and worry..I thank God for the peace he give, for the comfortand prayer he give from the close one..GOd has been loving and he indeed comfort me..But i must confess that i have not been taking good care of my body..be it wat i eat,wat i did..lack of sleep etc..sorry GOd i did not take good care of my body ..sorry for not taking good care of this temple..And for sinning when i shouldn't...help me to be free from sickness and not walk in circle..cos i know i can trust in you when i choose to trust in you.. GOd is faithful and i know it's a period of trial which i can get over..and to see rainbow after the storm..see myself ?? hee...
